If you are using Windows, you can change the values from registry.
Take a registry backup before making some changes in registry.
Open your Registry, Go to following path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\
Change the value of DefaultTTL (DWORD) – Create one if it is not there
Then change the value which you want, Value should be given in Decimal
Changes will take effect only after restarting the computer.
