How can I add my profile picture ?

I would like to display my photo in this forum. How can i add a picture?.

I cant see any potions in my Dashboard. Please help

Gravatar is a globally recognized avatar service. You can register your profile picture in http://en.gravatar.com and it can be used in many Gravatar supported sites. You can manage it from from single point. All wordpress (Free and self hosted ) support Gravatar.

Signup here http://en.gravatar.com/site/signup with your registered Email ID and upload your picture. It will be automatically displayed in this form.
